I will be running the Welsh3000s which covers 15 peaks over 50km and gaining nearly 4000m of ascent in the wonderful mountains of North Wales. I will be running with the intention of running from the first to last peak in under 12 hours.

This wonderful service whisked my lovely daughter to Southampton Hospital on a dark and windy November morning. She had a fund raiser on her birthday, now it’s my birthday - and we are having a Brew For The Crew in our village hall too!
Following a serious road traffic collision, Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance provided my daughter with critical care at the scene and then airlifted her to Bristol Royal Childrens Hospital. Without the help.of the Air Ambulance, the outcome for Esme may have been very different.
