What to expect from the recruitment and interview process.

All adverts will be listed on our Current vacancies page. Each vacancy will include information such as the job description, requirements, closing date for applications and interview dates. We advertise our interview dates in advance to provide candidates time to plan to ensure they are available.

If you have found a vacancy that is right for you, please submit your CV via email to: [email protected].

We ask that you submit your application as soon as possible as we reserve the right to close vacancies when we have received sufficient applications.

Candidates who are shortlisted for an interview will be contacted via telephone or email, so please ensure your personal details are included within your application. Your interview will be with two or three managers to reduce any unconscious bias and provide a fair recruitment process.

Our interview process is designed to give us the best insight into your abilities, values and behaviours. It is an opportunity for you to share your experience, skills and ideas and to find out more about the charity, the role and our values and culture. We aim to conduct all interviews face to face, if this is not possible interviews will be conducted, formally, over Microsoft Teams.

After your interview, you will hear back from us via telephone or email to let you know you were either unsuccessful, to invite you to a second interview or with an offer of employment.
