Supporter Feedback Survey - Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance (DSAA), Landacre House, Castle Road, Chelston Business Park, Wellington, Somerset, TA21 9JQ.

Eligibility to enter

1. The prize draw is open to all entrants over 16 years of age only.
2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to claim any prize you may win.
3. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
4. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

1. The prize draw will be open from 7th November 2022 and will close at midnight on 20th November 2022.
2. Late entries will not be accepted.
3. DSAA will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate; or for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit.
4. Entry may be made by post or online.

The prizes

1. The prize will be as follows: A visit to meet the crew of DSAA at our airbase which is located at Henstridge Airfield, BA8 0TN. Travel costs and incurred expenses are not included.
2. The winner will be drawn at random.
3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
4. We reserve the right to substitute the prize if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
5. The decision of DSAA regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

1. Winners will be notified on or after 21st November 2022 and will be notified by telephone or email.
2. DSAA will attempt to contact winners twice, if contact is not made, DSAA reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Data protection and publicity

1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by DSAA for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
2. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in a future issue of Beeline, or online via the charity’s digital media channels.

Limitation of Liability

1. DSAA does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.

General

1. DSAA reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
   The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
