The charity started a Society Lottery with an office in Bournemouth Ambulance Station Our first Flight for Life Lottery Draw took place on 19^th December by Jeremy Beadle at the Bournemouth Pavillion Theatre.

Our service came online at 8.00am on the 21st March 2000; 52 minutes later we were tasked to our first mission.

Serving the community I live in is my contribution to those who serve to save lives every day.
Life Support – Good News Stories In the Community

Over the past six months or so, our team have been busy working behind the scenes to develop DSAA’s new Life Support initiative, which includes CPR and Defibrillator Awareness Sessions and a Community Defibrillator Package. Life Support enables community groups, businesses and organisations to learn life-saving CPR skills and to purchase a DSAA defibrillator to help save lives in the community.
