Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions below apply to all entrants for the Bath Half Marathon in aid of Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance.

  1. Online entry closing date is Sunday 20th August 2023. There is a maximum of 15 charity BATHALF entries as well as 2 virtual places. These are being allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. If all places have been filled, we will advertise this on our website prior to the event.
  2. To secure your place you will need to have paid your £30 registration fee (within 2 weeks of receiving the offer email) and raised 50% of your fundraising pledge by 8 weeks prior (Sunday 20th August 2023) to the event.
  3. Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance charity places for the 2023 Bath Half Marathon are £30. Once your application has been reviewed you will receive an offer email with payment details. If this payment is not made within 2 weeks then we will remove our offer of a place.
  4. By accepting a Bath Half Marathon Charity place through DSAA you have a minimum fundraising commitment of £250 or the amount you have pledged. If 50% of this has not been raised by 8 weeks prior (Sunday 20th August 2023) to the event then we have the right to withhold your application.
  5. Once you have successfully gained a place you will receive confirmation from RealBuzz Group with a link to register and an entry code confirming your official race place 8 weeks prior to the event (Sunday 20th August 2023). This is conditional on meeting the requirements of point 2.
  6. Places are non-transferable. No refunds will be given, and places cannot be deferred.
