Our Flight for Life Lottery raises funds for Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance. This is the charity’s largest sustainable income stream and is therefore incredibly important in enabling the work we do. By taking part, you have the possibility of winning one of our cash and consolation prizes each week, whilst also supporting our vital service.  The reliable and regular income that the lottery provides allows us to plan more easily for the future, driving forward initiatives to possibly help more patients in the years ahead.

Our first Flight for Life lottery draw took place on 19th December 2000, drawn by the TV presenter Jeremy Beadle at The Pavilion Theatre, Bournemouth. Since then, a draw has taken place every week and, in that time, the lottery has raised more than £50 million; an incredible figure and one which has made such a significant difference to the service we have been able to provide.

Membership of the lottery costs just £1 per week and players can purchase more than one ticket, should they wish.

Each ticket contains six unique draw numbers. These numbers are entered into the draw and every Friday our computer randomly selects the winners.

You don’t even have to check the result – if you are a winner, we will notify you in writing.

1ST PRIZE – £1,000
2ND PRIZE – £250
3RD PRIZE – £150
4TH PRIZE – £125
5TH PRIZE – £100

…. Plus 10 voucher consolation prizes
