Our Flight for Life Lottery raises funds for Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance. This is the charity’s largest sustainable income stream and is therefore incredibly important in enabling the work we do. By taking part, you have the possibility of winning one of our prizes whilst also supporting our vital service. The reliable and regular income that the lottery provides allows us to plan more easily for the future, driving forward initiatives to possibly help more patients in the years ahead.

Our first Flight for Life lottery draw took place on 19th December 2000, drawn by the TV presenter Jeremy Beadle at The Pavilion Theatre, Bournemouth. Since then, a draw has taken place every week and, in that time, the lottery has raised more than £50 million; an incredible figure and one which has made such a significant difference to the service we have been able to provide.

Entry starts at £5 per month and this includes one ticket into each weekly draw and one ticket per month into the annual Superdraw. You can purchase more than one ticket per month if you wish.

The weekly draw takes place every Friday and the Superdraw takes place annually in September. On each draw day the winners are randomly selected from all paying members.

You don’t even have to check the result – if you are a winner, we will notify you in writing.
