On the 7th of July 2024 I will be competing in the Frome Sprint Triathlon to raise funds for the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance. This is because they provided outstanding care for my mum following a farm accident. Their quick response and high-quality medical support were instrumental in her recovery.
