The most common reason is that your first payment has not yet been received (or was not received in time for the draw deadline for this draw). Some banks can take up to two weeks to process standing order mandates. Another possible reason why your ticket may not be in the draw, is that there are not exactly 52 weeks in a year, so all members paying by standing order or direct debit will miss a week in the draw at some point. This missed week may occur at any time, depending on your payment date, but once it has occurred it should not happen again for a few years.
