1. When does The 5K Twilight Shift take place?

Saturday 23rd September 2023.


2. How/when can I register?

2023 online registration opening date is to be confirmed.


3. How much does it cost?

2023 costs to be confirmed.


4. I missed out on a place, do you have a reserve list?

Yes, if you would like to be added to the reserve list, please email: your name, address and telephone number to [email protected]


5. What time will the challenge start?

Gates open at 5pm, and the event starts at 5:30pm.


6. What time will the course close?

The challenge and course will close at 8:00pm.


7. My friend/family member is unable to take part but has a place; can I use their entry?

Yes, any transfers to a named person must be made by the date specified in the event terms and conditions. No transfers will be made after this date.


8. I am ill/injured or unable to take part, what should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your circumstances and offer you appropriate advice.


9. How will I receive my registration information and what do I need to bring with me?

It's important to make sure that you collect your wristband with you on the day of the event.


10. What will happen if I don’t get to registration on time?

Participants must register at Henstridge Airfield from 5pm, prior to commencing the challenge at the start time. DSAA will not take responsibility for late arrivals.


11. Will refreshments and toilets be available?

Refreshments and toilets will be available at the event.


12. Where can I/friends/relatives park?

Please ensure that any car being parked on the day of the challenge is parked legally and at the designated parking area at the airfield.

14. Do I need to raise sponsorship to take part?

As this is a fundraising event, we strongly encourage all participants to raise a minimum of £25 to help us continue to be there for patients when they need us the most.


15. What is the deadline for sponsorship?

All sponsorship money should be paid/forwarded to DSAA by 4th November 2022.


16. How many places are available?

For Health and Safety reasons, The 5K Twilight Shift has a maximum of 500 participants.
