We are really excited about our upcoming Race from the Base cycling event and delighted to be able to offer businesses, artisans and community groups the opportunity of being part of the action by securing a stall at our Basecamp Village!

This year's event is set to be bigger and better, with a large crowd expected to gather outside Henstridge Airfield Clubhouse and Café on Saturday 7th September 2024. The Basecamp Village will be the heart of the event, offering a unique opportunity for stallholders to engage with participants and supporters throughout the day. Whether you’re selling local crafts, delicious food or offering services that complement the event, this is your chance to showcase your brand to a captive and enthusiastic audience.

Event details:

• Location: Henstridge Airfield, Templecombe, Somerset, BA8 0TN.
• Event Type: Family-friendly, charity fundraising event for local air ambulance.
• Date and Time: Saturday 7th September 2024, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Stall information

• Setup Time: All stallholders must be set up by 8:45 AM on the Saturday morning.
• Stall Fee: Stall spaces are free of charge, but we would greatly appreciate any donations or a percentage of your proceeds to support our vital charity.
• Stall Location: Stalls will be arranged outdoors on grass, positioned in a circle around the main picnic bench area, creating a welcoming and interactive environment. Please note, you’ll need to bring your own table, gazebo and setup crew.
