This Christmas we would love you to get involved with our Save A Life Challenge! Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance is proud to have been there for our patients for the last 20 years, can you help us to be there for the next 20 years?

Our ‘Save a life challenge’ involves you either making a one-off donation to add to our grand mission total OR choosing to actively fundraise in aid of DSAA with an aim to raise £3,000 (the approximate cost of one mission)

  • All fundraising activities are encouraged; it’s totally up to you how you raise funds. However, your health and safety is important to us so whatever activity you decide to do, please stay safe and ensure you are following the Government’s latest advice.
  • All fundraisers including individuals, groups, businesses and schools, can be personally supported by our fundraising team. They are great at assisting with ideas, planning and providing you with any fundraising materials that you need.
  • All donations raised as part of this campaign will be added to a grand total.
  • The challenge is suitable for all ages and abilities.
  • Tag us on social media to share your fundraising activities and don’t forget to use #DSAALifeSaver
  • You have until March 2021 to complete your challenge so plenty of time! At that point, we’ll announce the amount that’s been raised and the number of missions you’ve helped to fund!

We have loads of fun, festive ideas:

You could ask for donations to our Save A Life Challenge from friends and family instead of a card or a gift this year.

You could have a virtual Christmas or New Year party with your family and friends, set up a playlist and charge per song request.

Wear your Christmas jumper for a day and make a donation to our Save A Life Challenge.

Set up a fundraising page and ask for sponsorship to dress as one of Santa's helpers for the day!

Have a virtual movie night or a date night at home and donate the cost of a cinema ticket.

Get your friends and family involved with a Christmas tree decorating competition, then donate the entry fee.

Donate while you shop for gifts, click the link to find out more about how you can do this.

Donate the cost of a day's commute or an hour of your salary over the festive period.

Patients’ lives depend on us being there, with YOUR support, we CAN be there for more in the future. Get involved by setting up a fundraising page or donating to our Save A Life Challenge now.

FINALLY

Your Health and Safety is important to us. Whatever activity you decide to do, please stay safe and ensure that you are following the Government’s latest COVID-19 advice.
