A significant part of the Charity’s work involves the help of volunteers. We are extremely fortunate to have a wonderful team of existing volunteers who regularly donate their time. We have a busy few months ahead of us as the summer season begins and we are looking to recruit NEW volunteers to join our team. There are a variety of things you could do to help us, some of which include:
Event Support – attend events on our behalf, sell merchandise and meet the public
Box Collectors – help us collect existing and distribute new collection boxes to outlets in your area.
Cheque Presentations – receive cheques on the Charity’s behalf at events and meetings (this may involve giving a short speech or an expression of thanks).
Become a Speaker – Stand in front of an audience and give a Powerpoint presentation to groups of all sizes.
We are standing by, in hope that you will pick up the phone or email us and donate some of your time to our cause. By joining our team, you can expect all the support you need. You can choose to do just one of the above, or mix and match depending on the amount of time you have spare.
