SOUL AT ELI’S
“Do you like good music? Sweet Soul Music?” If your answer to these questions from Arthur Conley’s 1967 hit is “Yeah, Yeah”, be at The Rose and Crown, aka Eli’s, in Huish Episcopi on Sunday, 20th May for its SOUL ALL-DAYER – an opportunity for some to remember their youth and all to enjoy records at the roots of modern pop and dance. Starting at 2pm and ending around sunset, the free event is raising funds for Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance and will, weather permitting, be outside.
