Our thanks go to the staff and residents of Newstone House in Stourcastle, Sturminster Newton who have nominated the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance as their Charity of the Year. A selection of the residents recently visited our airbase and presented a cheque to members of our crew.
The weather was rather poor, with wind and rain to fight against, but after having their photograph taken, everyone came inside to hear from our pilot and paramedics about the incredible work they do.
