Jenson Button
I have been a Patron of the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance since its formation in 2000 and since then I have followed their progress with much admiration.
I was born in Frome, Somerset, a rural part of the county serviced by the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance and I regularly saw first-hand its importance to the local community.
It has been an absolute pleasure being a Patron to such an essential and worthwhile Charity and I hope my association helps to highlight the wonderful work they do every day.
Coming from the fast and dangerous sport of Formula 1 Motor Racing, I understand the importance of having a highly skilled and dedicated team behind you. The crew of YOUR air ambulance certainly match this criteria and I wish them many safe and successful missions.
Finally, I would like to personally thank the Charity for their support during my successful championship season and ask that the general public continue to show their support to such a vital local Charity.
