Charity Cycle RideWimborne and Ferndown Lions Club are helping to raise money for four local charities (including Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance) with their 15 mile family cycle ride event through the picturesque East Dorset countryside. The cycle ride (which is not a race) will take place on Saturday 28th June at 10.00am and will start and finish at the Barley Mow Inn, Wimborne. Entry for the cycle ride has now closed but you can show your support to those taking part and then tuck into a yummy pig roast or BBQ depending on numbers, at the Barley Mow Inn.

Whether new to the joys of biking or a veteran rider, a packed weekend with something for everyone awaits. There will be an auto jumble, rider safety focus with demonstrations and assessed rides, vehicle parades, prize giving and the Jeff Clew Memorial run on Sunday.
